An independent travel agency that puts the awkward details in writing
Plenty of travel websites tell you they are trustworthy. Fewer publish their address, their fee schedule, how they get paid and what they cannot do. This page does all four.
- Independently owned — no airline ownership
- Full address and fee schedule published
- Agents reachable 24/7 by phone
- Offices in New York and Hong Kong
Talk to us directly
The fastest way to judge an agency is to call it and ask questions.
1-888-620-4018- Ask what our fee is before booking anything
- Ask us to email the terms in writing
- Ask what happens if the airline cancels
- A real agency answers all three immediately

What we do
Fareobuzz arranges travel reservations on behalf of travelers. When you call, an agent searches supplier inventory — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies — presents the realistic options, explains the trade-offs, and books what you choose. The supplier operates the travel; we arrange it and stay with you if something goes wrong.
That model exists because travel got harder to buy, not easier. Fare rules, baggage allowances, transit visas, resort fees, cabin categories, attrition clauses — these are knowable, but knowing them is a job. Most travelers do not want that job. We do it.
How we make money, in plain terms
We think you should know exactly how any business that handles your money gets paid.
| Source | How it works | Disclosed to you? |
|---|---|---|
| Service fee | A per-ticket fee ($75 domestic, $100 international, $100 premium cabin) | Yes — quoted before you pay |
| Supplier commission | Some hotels, cruise lines and tour operators pay agencies a commission on bookings | Yes — on request, always |
| Change handling fee | $50 for processing a change or cancellation | Yes — stated before we act |
| Hidden fare markup | We do not do this | N/A |
| Selling your personal data | We do not do this | N/A |

What we will not promise
Overpromising is the most common failure in travel marketing, so here is our list of things we do not claim.
- We do not claim to be cheapest. Nobody can verify that across every channel at every moment. We claim to price your trip fairly and show you the fee.
- We do not guarantee refunds. Refunds are governed by the fare rules of the airline, hotel or cruise line. We file them and chase them; we cannot invent them.
- We do not claim airline affiliation. We are not an airline's official desk, help line or authorised representative, and any business telling you otherwise deserves scrutiny.
- We do not guarantee upgrades, specific seats or specific rooms unless the supplier sells them as a confirmed product.
- We do not use fake scarcity. No countdown timers, no invented 'only 2 left' badges.
How to check us — and any travel business
Genuinely useful checks, in the order we would run them:
- Call the number and ask a specific question. "What is your service fee on an international ticket?" A real agency answers in dollars, immediately.
- Ask for the terms in writing before paying. Any legitimate agency emails them without hesitation.
- Check that a physical address is published. Ours is on every page footer.
- Ask who charges your card. Ask whether the charge appears from the agency, the airline, or both, and get it in writing.
- Confirm the record locator. After booking a flight, verify your reservation directly on the airline's own website using the confirmation code. If it is there, the ticket is real.

Frequently asked questions
Is Fareobuzz a legitimate travel agency?
Yes. Fareobuzz.com is an independent online travel agency. Our main office is at 137 W 25th St, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10001, United States, with a further office in Hong Kong, and the registered entity is Fareobuzz.com, WZ-546, First Floor, Shiv Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi 110058, India. We publish all three addresses, a working phone number (1-888-620-4018) answered 24/7, a support email (support@fareobuzz.com), and a complete fee schedule. Those are the checks worth running on any travel business before you give it a card number.
Who owns Fareobuzz?
Fareobuzz.com is independently owned and operated. No airline, hotel chain, cruise line or car rental company holds any ownership stake in the business. That independence is the reason we can present options across suppliers rather than steering you toward one.
How does Fareobuzz make money?
Two ways, both disclosed. First, a per-ticket service fee — typically $75 domestic, $100 international, $100 premium cabin — which is quoted to you before you pay. Second, commissions paid to us by some suppliers on some bookings. We never add an undisclosed markup to the fare an agent reads out.
Is Fareobuzz an airline?
No. Fareobuzz is a travel intermediary — an agency that arranges reservations with airlines, hotels, cruise lines and car rental companies. We do not own or operate aircraft, ships, hotels or vehicles, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an agent of any airline.
Where is Fareobuzz located?
Fareobuzz's main office is at 137 W 25th St, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10001, United States, with a further office at Suite 1504, 15/F, Chinachem Tower, 34–37 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The registered operating entity is Fareobuzz.com, WZ-546, First Floor, Shiv Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi 110058, India. Our travel agents serve customers across the United States by phone at 1-888-620-4018, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What does Fareobuzz not do?
We do not issue visas or passports, we do not sell travel insurance underwriting (we can refer you to providers), we do not override airline fare rules, and we do not guarantee that our price is the lowest available anywhere. Being clear about the limits is part of being trustworthy about the rest.
Questions before you book?
Call and ask them. We would rather answer ten questions now than have a customer surprised later.
